"May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us-
yes, establish the work of our hands."
Psalms 90:17

Maturity means being willing to be clay in our Lord's hands. The image of a potter and clay speaks to our hearts.  Our prayer is to be like that clay and enjoy the process even when it hurts. Learning to be malleable is the truly beautiful part of life.  Learning that it's not about us, serving in the moment while we have the opportunity, and letting the end result remain in God's hands, gives a rest and peace beyond description.  When we allow God to establish our work, we don't have to have all the answers!  We just have to be obedient and remain close to our Lord and Savior, giving Him complete control. Then His favor will rest upon us.  And so it has...
